Mid-month, the focus turns to regulation and grounding. Gentle tools like essential oils are offered not as solutions, but as optional support — a way to help the body settle when clarity feels foggy or rushed.

We close the month not with more information, but with integration — a somatic practice designed to help everything explored throughout March land in the body. This final piece reinforces something many of us were never taught: healing doesn’t live in the mind alone.
